This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Key-collection on working days after 19:00h carries a surcharge of 20EUR. Key-collection on Sundays and public holidays has an extra cost of 20 €. From October until May has an extra fee of electricity (Kw consumption) and Gas will be charged according to agency's conditions. For stays of more than one month, the deposit will be of 500 € paid in cash.
