The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. On arrival in Venice, guests must call the property in order to be picked up from the San Silvestro Vaporetto water bus stop on the Line 1. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals from 18:00 to 20:30. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that check-in is only possible until 20:30.
