Guests are kindly advised to purchase any foods and necessary items for travel before entering the area. - There is no public transport which takes guests to the property in the area. - The property is located at the edge of a winding lane in the mountains, and driving there can be difficult. Please either use a taxi or contact the property directly if guests are unsure whether if they should drive. - There are gas stations in Iya Valley, but are occasionally closed. Guests are advised to have their vehicles fueled sufficiently prior to entering the area. - There are chances of heavy snow and bad weather from the beginning of December. The property may cancel reservations if they decide safety is an issue, depending on weather conditions. The property also cannot provide alternative accommodations. - Due to the steep terrain and snow, guests are advised to drive four-wheel drive vehicles with studless tires, or have their vehicle tires chained. - Please note the property may experience a water outage during the winter due to frozen water pipes and other related facilities. A mineral water server is available in this case, but the kitchen and bath will be unavailable. Water supply for toilets and other necessities are prepared by the property in advance.
