A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required when you book. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival. The credit card used for the booking must be in the lead guest's name. The lead guest must be over 18 years of age and must be present at check in. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary. All apartments are strictly non-smoking. Please note that visitors are not allowed. The number of persons permitted to occupy the apartment is limited to the number of beds available and this limit may not be exceeded.
