Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 15 per person per stay when using an available cot. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals after 20:00. The latest check-in hour, even if paying a surcharge, is 00:00. All requests for late arrival must be requested at least 2 days in advance and confirmed by the property. Please note that the property does not have luggage storage. Bed linen and towels are provided at the beginning of the stay. Any additional change is upon request and comes at an extra cost.
