Please inform Hostel Utopia in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. • Please note that we have a minimum age limit of 18 years, and a maximum age limit of 40 years! ~ We reserve the right to refuse guests younger or older, even if they made a booking! • Please note that all dormitories are mixed, unless a female dormitory is booked. • When you (and your friend(s)/partner) book more than one bed in a dorm, you are NOT 100% guaranteed to be in the same room. Guests are advised to book a private or whole room to guarantee this. • Please note that for the roomkey and padlock we ask a small deposit of 10 euros in CASH. • On public holidays, different policies and additional surcharges may apply. • If the total value of a single booking is greater than or equal to €1000, a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total amount is required to confirm your booking. • If the number of people in a single booking is greater than or equal to 4 people, a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total amount is required to confirm your booking. • If the number of nights in a single booking is greater than or equal to 4 nights, a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total amount is required to confirm your booking. • Please note that underneath the hostel is a coffeeshop.
