This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Indulgence Duplex Villa - Sharm-El-Sheikh in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Legal Requirements 1. You have agreed to these rules once you book Indulgence. 2. Comply with all Egypt’s laws, in particular do not bring prohibited objects or illegal substances. 3. Guests breaching rules or Egyptian law will be evicted without refund. Check-In 4. As required by Egyptian law, we need to make copies of original: - Egyptian IDs or Foreign Passports for each guest, including children, - Marriage certificate for couples. 5. Pay the deposit in cash. Guests 6. Maximum guest number is 4. Children and babies count as guests. 7. If you have more than 4 guests, you will not be allowed to stay or get a refund, unless each additional guest/child pays EGP500 per night. 8. Other visitors are welcome if they do not stay overnight. Electricity Fair Usage 9. Your maximum electricity usage is 15Kwatt/day for stays between November and April and 30Kwatt/day between May and October. Your consumption can be monitored on your own metre. Additional electricity is EGP2.5 per Kwatt. Internet Fair Usage 10. Your free allowance is 8GB per day. Internet usage through can be checked on Orange Egypt App. Additional GBs are EGP6 per GB. Check Out 11. If the property is left dirty, an extra cleaning fee of EGP500 will apply. Damage 12. Excessive damages will be billed to the guest at repair or replacement cost and reported to the booking website. Lost Key: EGP80 per key. Access 13.
