Sa Sinia is located just outside S’Horta in the quiet Mallorcan countryside, 15 minutes’ drive from the beach. This stylish villa has an outdoor pool and a spacious lounge with a fireplace. The villa has bright, country-style décor, with light terra cotta tiles and oak ceiling beams. It has 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. All but one is air conditioned. There are also 3 bathrooms, one of which has an attractive spa bath. The bright, rustic-style lounge has cream sofas, a plasma TV, PlayStation 2 and an iPod docking station. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The modern kitchen includes an oven, hob and microwave, as well as a dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the utility room. Set in a spacious garden with almond and olive trees, the 11-metre pool has a waterfall feature in the shape of a mini Roman-style aqueduct. There are loungers and a parasol area, as well as a table tennis table. You can also find a large brick barbecue and a covered terrace with dining table to enjoy a meal outside. Vall d’Or Golf Course is a 12-minute drive from Sa Sinia. Central Palma and Palma Airport are a 50-minute drive away.
