You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property is only reachable by the Ki-West Cable Car, which only operates until 16:00. Free parking is available next to the cable car. Please take the cable with your luggage. Almapartment Skiwiege can send a Quad and pick up one luggage per person, of maximum of 15 kg, from the top station. Groceries need to be transported by the guests. It is not possible to transport luggage via Quad, that is not well sealed. Guests who wish to use this service must inform the property 2 days before arrival. Before taking the cable car, please collect your keys at this address: Kitzbüheler Straße 4, 6365 Kirchberg in Tirol. The final cleaning fee includes the fee for bed linen, towels and kitchen towels.
