In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isn't accepting guests from certain countries, during dates where such guidelines exist. Upon arrival at Mirador Mansion, New Garden Hostel strongly advises guests to head directly to the reception and ignore the salespeople around the building. Please reconfirm the address and hostel name at the front desk upon arrival. In cases of no-show, guests will be charged under the hostel's policy. During peak season, pre-authorisation will be done once you make the reservation. This is to guarantee the booking. Once you arrive and pay at the reception, the pre-authorisation will be canceled and receipt will be given back to you. Reception is open from 9:00 to 23:00. All the check in after 23:00 on the arrival date will have to pay HKD 300 extra service charge. Hot water use is limited only at 07:00 to 12:00 and 19:00 to 01:00 (midnight). Please note that the check-in desk is on a different floor as the hostel rooms. Please note that guests are not allowed to modify guest names 2 days before arrival. Please note that hot water shower in guests' bathrooms will only be provided from 07:00-12:00 and 19:00-01:00 (midnight). Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
