A damage deposit of AUD 350 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property requires an AUD 350 bond to cover any incidental charges, damage to the property or excessive cleaning fees. Please note that a luxury pontoon cruise boat, seating up to 10 people, is available to hire, for an additional charge. No boat license is required.
