WiFi is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

All children are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 4. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Riptide #12 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In order to check in, two individuals in the group must be 30 years of age or older and at least one of those individuals must be named on the rental agreement. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to Distinctive Beach Rentals within 7 days of receiving. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Please note a baby crib is available for a fee.
