This apartment complex is just 1 km from the centre of Porto and 650 metres from the banks of the River Douro. The bright apartments each feature a unique modern décor, and all include free Wi-Fi. A modern kitchen with a refrigerator and a stove is included with every apartment at the 12 Short Term. All are air-conditioned and include a seating area with a flat-screen TV. Some apartments have views of the garden from the patio or balcony. There are a range of restaurants and bars serving traditional Portuguese cuisine within 5 minutes’ walking distance from the apartments. There are a range of facilities that can be arranged at the front desk, including laundry facilities and luggage storage. The 12 Short Term apartments are just 700 metres from the Sao Bento train station, and 250 metres from the São João National Theatre.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform 12 Short Term in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the accommodations are cleaned and the sheets are changed every 3 days. A surcharge applies for additional cleaning and sheets.
