This unique bed and breakfast, which is located in the Beethovenstraat district in Amsterdam, is hosted by Xaviera Hollander. It includes free Wi-Fi, a spacious garden with a terrace and some rooms decorated with erotic paintings.
The Stadionweg tram stop is 300 metres away and offers direct links to Museum Square and Leidseplein. Xaviera's is a 15-minute walk from Amsterdam Zuid Railway Station. The Amsterdam RAI Exhibition and Convention Centre is 900 metres away. Bicycles can be rented on site.
All rooms are equipped with a TV, airco, a king-size bed and a private bathroom. All of the accommodation at Xaviera's Bed and Breakfast has access to a private bathroom, and have tea/coffee making facilities.

People 3 years old and over stay for € 60 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
