Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 30 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 2 years old to 12 years old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they will need to submit a signed release form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request. Only temporally reservations are allowed, not short stays. The house is not rented for tourist purposes, since they are temporary rentals. Please note that this property IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT. Tenants must sing a temporary rental agreement upon arrival. This contract respect in all its clauses the conditions of your Booking reservation. Please note that for reservations lasting more than 28 days, electricity and gas consumption will not be included in the rent, the bill amount will be borne by the guest.
