You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. Bookings will not be confirmed until full payment and deposit has been taken. We operate a strict no party and no smoking policy. Anyone who breaks these rules will be asked to leave immediately ad no refund will be given. During the weekends only guests over the age of 25 can be accommodated.
