Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Please inform Edificio Montmar in advance of your expected arrival time. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
