Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for AUD 35 per person per stay when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for AUD 65 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Please inform Excellsior Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay. Please note that lock-up parking is only available for 1 car per apartment. Please note that the 2-bedroom apartments at Excellsior Apartments have stair access only as there is no lift in the Sailfish building. Please note bridgeworks are being undertaken until mid 2022 on the bridge across Mayes canal at Brisbane road. Intermittent noise may be experienced. Entry to River Esp. via Foote street will not be affected.
