Featuring a private salt water pool with sun loungers and a covered terrace with dining furniture, Gerani villa is located in the Son Serra de Marina residential area, 5 minutes' walk from the beach. The house is set over 2 floors, with 1 double bedroom with direct garden access situated on the ground floor, and 1 double and 1 triple bedroom on the 1st floor. Fans are available on request. There are 2 bathrooms including a shower and a bath, and the air-conditioned living-dining area has a sofa, TV and fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven and ceramic hob. There is also a portable BBQ, washing machine, an iron and ironing board. In Son Serra de Marina you will find a pharmacy, a small supermarket and some restaurants. You can drive to Can Picafort in 10 minutes, where you will find a sandy beach, bars and restaurants. Mallorca Airport is 57 km away.
