This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15 per person or bring their own. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the following extras can be requested and they have to paid at the property: Bed Linen and Towels (initial set): 15.00€ per person. Bed Linen and Towels (additional set) : 15.00€ per person. Heating is upon request: 1.70€ per cubic meter. Electricity fee is mandatory: 0.65€ per kWh.
