All children are welcome. One child under 3 years is charged EUR 25 per stay in a child's cot/crib. One older child or adult is charged EUR 10 per night in an extra bed. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 10. The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Luisa in advance of your expected arrival time. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: , . This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Key collection takes place at the office during the following times: Opening times in summer 1 April to 31 October: Monday to Friday 10.00-13.00 and 17.00-19.00 Saturday 10.00-19.00 Winter opening times 1 November to 31 March: Monday to Friday 10.00-13.00.
