Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of NZD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 2% surcharge fee when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card. Please note that reception opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 18:00 Saturday and Sunday: 09:00 - 17:00 Public Holidays: 09:00 - 17:00 Guests arriving outside reception opening hours must inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that car parking is limited at Quest Atrium and availability cannot be guaranteed. Guests planning to arrive by car are welcome to contact the property for more information using the contact details on the booking confirmation. Please note, parking is an additional charge. Please note that the swimming pool, fitness centre and sauna are part of Habit Health. It is subject to their normal operating hours and is closed on Good Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Years Day (1st and 2nd January).
