In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isn't accepting guests from certain countries, during dates where such guidelines exist. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The Berkeley cannot accept guests referred by a local authority DSS (Department of Social Security). There is a late check-in fee of £20 for arrivals after 19:00. This increases by £10/hour up to 23:00. Please note that the property cannot accommodate arrivals after 23:00. There is also an early arrival charge of £20 subject to confirmation.
