Come and visit this hotel, set in a listed building in the town of Maulbronn, where you will find an impressive enclosed monastery complex. The former Cistercian monastery in Maulbronn is the best preserved monastery north of the Alps, where one can see the many architectural influences through the ages from Early Romantic to Late Gothic The hotel building has been a guest house for monks as well as a post station, and has now been a hotel since the 19th century.
