Although the airline operates using the name JetSMART, it is the trade name for JetSMART Airlines SpA. The company is lead by the CEO, Estuardo Ortiz Porras. The head office for the airline is located in Şili.

History

JetSMART operating with IATA code (JA) and ICAO code (JAT) runs under the management of JetSMART Airlines SpA. In 2017, this airline was established. Across the years, JetSMART strives to satisfy more customers by enhancing its services. This airline was first flown on 25-07-2017. The first ever flight route was Santiago (SCL) - Calama (CJC) using Airbus A310. JetSMART has been awarded 2025 Skytrax Best Low-Cost Airline in South America.

Flight Attendant

JetSMART cabin crew wears a uniform that is dominated by blue, red, or orange. For male flight attendants, they wear white long sleeve with dark blue suit and dark blue trousers. For female flight attendants, they wear dark blue blouse with white formal shirt with dark blue skirt. The uniform itself represents their strong passion to provide the best service for its passengers throughout the flight.
