Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 1000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A $1000 security deposit hold must be authorized only with a credit card prior arrival. It will be released 5 business days after the check out day pending that there are no damages to the property. Online registration must be completed online via a secure link. A copy of your government-issued photo ID after booking will be required. As this is not a hotel, there is no staff on site. It is a self-check in process
