The air-conditioned unit is 3.1 miles from Legoland Windsor, and guests benefit from free WiFi and private parking available on site. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. A 55-inch flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the lounge and a second TV in one of the bedrooms. Other facilities include a sun terrace. Dorney Lake is 5 miles from Pixie Place. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. This is a non smoking house and pets are not accepted. Hen or stag parties are not allowed. A security deposit of GBP 250 is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable within 48 hours of check-out and is subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. The House must be left clean and tidy and all rubbish must be thrown out. Please note that it is not permitted to host parties at the property. For reservations of 14 days or more, a change of sheets and towels is included weekly. Optional extra cleaning is available upon request for an hourly extra charge.
