You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that for on-the-Day reservations, allow us to prepare for at least 2–3 hours to collect all the requirements we need and to arrange the meet and greet with one of our friendly Guest Relations Officers. Lastly, please note that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Failure to adhere will result to forfeiture of the full security deposit. Additionally, there is a charge of AED 500 from your security deposit for each lost access card or set of keys. The infinity pool is only accessible by the hotel guests. The Address Residence has a separate swimming pool for our guests but can use the infinity pool by paying at the reception (please approach the reception for more information).
