For three adults, three phone numbers and three passports are required. Each bag drop-off costs £10, subject to availability. Avoid noise after 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m. Noise levels above 75 decibels are considered very loud. If the noise reaches this level, the host will warn the guests. If the noise continues after 10 minutes, the host may evict the guests or require them to quiet down. Eating or drinking in the bedroom is prohibited. Any evidence of this will result in additional cleaning with germ-killing chemicals, leading to extra fees. Cots are available upon request, which must be made four days before check-in. Guests are not allowed to change the locks or tamper with the doorbell. Pets are not allowed. If pets are found, they will undergo expensive desensitisation processes to ensure the next guests don't have allergic reactions. Additional fees will apply. If guests do not leave the key in the lockbox by the agreed check-out time and cannot return it within 30 minutes, the key will be considered stolen/lost, and fees will apply. Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay without the host's permission (please message before arrival). The flat can only accommodate the number of guests it was booked for. Unauthorized guests will be fined £150 each and must leave immediately. If they don’t, a team member will intervene, incurring additional costs. Remove your shoes upon entering. Signs of shoe use inside will result in extra sanitization cleaning fees. Guests who do not check out by the designated time will incur a late fee of £70. Each hour beyond the check-out time will result in an additional charge of £150. This policy is in place due to our stringent scheduling and the increased cost of arranging last-minute cleaners. If a guest remains more than two hours past check-out, the fee will be £300 (£150 x 2). This charge may be deducted from your damage deposit. If a team member needs to deliver a new key, an emergency call-out fee will apply based on your location and our schedule. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on balconies, by windows, or inside. Smoking is permitted only outside the front door, more than 6 meters away. Any evidence of smoking or vaping will incur an £800 fee due to noise, neighborhood disturbance, and necessary detox and sanitization cleaning. Fees will apply. Late check-ins incur extra fees: £100 between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m., and £150 after 10 p.m. Illegal drugs, including weed and class A, B, and C drugs, are prohibited. Handling and disposing of these substances will incur extra cleaning fees. Fees will apply. Clean your dishes; otherwise, a claim may be made against your damage deposit. Christmas and New Year’s rules (December 21st to January 7th): No guests under 28 years old unless approved by the host. Every guest must provide their passport within two days of the reservation and pay a £1700 deposit. No uninvited guests unless approved by the host. Minimum booking of two nights. Refurbishments may occur to improve the property or replace old furniture, so items may differ from photos. New items will be of equal or better quality. By booking, you agree to this. For last-minute reservations, in-person check-in is available up to 2 hours after guests have provided the damage deposit, passports for all guests, and all guests' telephone numbers. 20. Guests must be at least 25 years old to check in, unless the host grants permission beforehand. Please message us before booking to confirm if this exception applies to your group. No guests under 25 years old are allowed to stay on the property unless agreed upon by us. 21. Unidentified guests allowed during the day must leave by 9 p.m. (sound curfew). Unauthorized guests staying after 9 p.m. incur a £150 fee per person per night. No more than 7 people are allowed on the property at once. For more people, please inform us in advance, and we may make an exception. 22. Guests are liable for any damages and claims exceeding the damage deposit amount. 23. An additional £50 administration charge applies for any claims made on your reservation due to the involvement of multiple parties and the time required to handle a claim. 24. Alternative Payment Methods for Security Deposit: We understand that not everyone has the option to pay by bank transfer. Therefore, we offer alternative methods for settling your security deposit: Credit Card Payment: Please note that a 5% processing fee will be added to your total deposit amount to cover processing costs. Cash Payment: A fixed fee of £60 will be applied due to the additional staff involvement required for cash handling. 25. To avoid any delays or inconveniences upon arrival, we kindly request that you settle your security deposit in advance of your stay using one of the available methods. 26. Guests traveling with children must inform us at least one day in advance of their arrival. We require this information to ensure appropriate accommodations. Reservations may be canceled if this notice is not provided.
