此住宿不接受群聚打牌、看運動賽事、單身派對等類似聚會。 請提前告知GuestReady - Cotton Strings您預計抵達的時間。您可以在訂房時使用特殊要求方框通知對方，或透過確認函上提供的聯絡資料直接與住宿處聯繫。 客人需在辦理入住時出示附照片的身份證明文件和信用卡。請注意，特殊要求將視實際狀況安排，有可能會產生額外費用。 客人需於入住前轉帳預付訂金，以作為訂房擔保。住宿處會在完成預訂後聯繫您，提供銀行轉帳相關指示。 因應新冠肺炎（COVID-19）疫情，此住宿現已實施額外的安全與衛生措施。 配合政府降低新冠肺炎（COVID-19）傳播風險的指導方針，在規範期間，此住宿僅接受從事必要工作／獲准旅行者的訂單，且旅客須於抵達住宿時出示合理證據。若屆時您無法提供合理證據，訂單將被當場取消。 This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
