Guest agrees to sign and abide by Renter Agreement provided by Owner and to provide Owner with a copy of their government-issued ID and supporting photo within 3 days after booking is made, or within 24 hours of their stay, whichever is soonest. Failure to sign Renters Agreement and provide government-issued ID and supporting photo will result in Owners cancelation of reservation in accordance with the cancelation policy. Residents of the state of Illinois will be required to provide an additional security deposit and or documentation at the request of Owner and sign an additional Renter Agreement Addendum within 3 days after booking is made, or within 24 hours of their stay, whichever is soonest, or their reservation may be subject to cancelation by Owner in accordance with the cancelation policy.
