You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Check-in is between 15:00 and 18:00 in the office of Berglust Braunlage. If you expect to arrive outside opening hours, please inform the property in advance. After booking you will receive a separate confirmation email from the property with information on payment and key collection. Laundry packages can be booked as an extra and are also listed in the separate confirmation. Baby cots, high chairs, sledges as well as bread service and fridge service can be booked as an option in advance. Please note that on site any outstanding amounts can only be paid in cash.
