This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Bermuda 404 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note a 50% deposit of the total booking fee is required 24 hours after making a booking. We would like to emphasise that we are a provider of strictly family friendly holiday accommodation, and we do not allow the following in any of our properties: • Parties / events / services • Overcrowding (The maximum number of persons occupying the unit at all times must not exceed the number of beds.) • Drunken disorderly behaviour • Noise Disturbance / loud music • No Matric Rage bookings All of which can be found in our Terms and Conditions of Letting and booking restrictions which will be emailed to you as soon as you have confirmed your booking and send us your details. Unfortunately, should any of the above occur during your stay we will have no option but to evict immediately without any refund. It would be best to resolve such issues now so you can enjoy your holiday.
