Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 500 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. From January 2025: A surcharge of EUR 35 applies for arrivals from 19:00 to 22:30. A surcharge of EUR 45 applies for arrivals from 22:30 to 00:00. A surcharge of EUR 60 applies for arrivals after 00:00 to 01:00 AM A surcharge of EUR 50 applies per 30 minutes from 01.00 AM until 02.00 AM at the maximum. After 02.00 AM it will not be possible to check in even in case of mishaps. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
