Children older than 12 years are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 3. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Please inform Chaktunche Rancho Ecolodge in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 150 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. The property provides personal cleaning biodegradable products. Please all personal Productos must be biodegradable including sunblock and bug spray. Rules: -Do not feed the wild fauna from the jungle. -Parties and events are not allowed unless seen with host first. -Fire is not allowed nor the use of candles or substances that may trigger it. -Smoking is allowed on designated areas ONLY. -A place for relaxation. It is forbidden to attempt with the peace and quiet of the place. -To avoid animals and insects it is strictly forbidden to have food inside the Cabins. -Cleaning is required twice a week as a minimum maintenance for the cabins. If cleaning every day is not required please let the host know with time. -You may use the swimming pool and jacuzzis on the schedule permitted. -It is forbidden to go into the jungle. -You may walk on the pathways. -In case of loosing the keys $2,000.00 pesos will be charged for getting a new lock and install it. - Property is located on the side of the freeway so you may hear the sound of cars passing by a few hours a day. Please bring your headphones or ask for ear plugs to the host if you think you'll need them.
