Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to PHP 1500 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. A surcharge of 100 PHP (per hour ) applies for arrivals after check-in hours and earlier check-in. All requests are subject to confirmation by the property. For longer stays ( from 19 nights and above) guests are required to pay an electricity deposit of PHP 5,000 before arrival.
