Children ages 1 and older are allowed. Children from 1 year old to 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 6 years old to 17 years old stay for € 12 per person per night when using an existing bed. No cots are available. No extra beds are available. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Tue 02 Feb 2021 until Mon 31 May 2021 Swimming pool #1 is closed from Fri 15 Oct 2021 until Sat 28 May 2022 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
