Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. People no matter the age stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Le Dune - Cocus in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for late arrivals. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 00:00. Electricity is included up to 20 kWh per day. Additional consumption is charged at EUR 0.40 per kWh.
