Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in.
