This restored, 20th-century Victorian residence offers panoramic views of Port Elizabeth city and Algoa Bay. Located in the historic suburb of Richmond Hill, St. Phillips Bed & Breakfast includes free Wi-Fi and parking. All of the rooms are equipped with a satellite TV, tea-and-coffee-making facilities, and a private bathroom with a bath tub and shower. Some rooms also have a balcony or veranda. A traditional English or healthy breakfast is served in the dining room with its Victorian fireplace and wooden furniture. A sunny lounge with wooden floors and colonial staircase are other features.
