If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 250 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. A surcharge of EUR 10 applies for arrivals between 20:00 and 00:00. A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after 00:00. A surcharge of EUR 10 applies for arrivals before check-in hours. All requests for late or early arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. Any on-site visits requested by the guest to fix an issue attributable to them (ex. loss of keys) will be charged EUR 25 from 11:00 - 20:00 and EUR 50 from 20:00 - 11:00. We reserve the right to charge any additional costs (ex. lock/key replacement).
