This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20 per person or bring their own. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in from 20:00 until 23:00 costs EUR 35. After this time, a surcharge of EUR 50 applies. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at EUR 20 per person/per stay
