The chalet is a lovely 2 bedroom luxury villa. Can be reserved exclusively for you. Ideal for families and couples. The Ocean and surfing beach is just 1 minute walk away across the road. There is 2 airconditioned bedrooms with attached dressings rooms and attached bathrooms. The two bathrooms are spacious with rainfall shower and hot and cold water. Clean white linen and towels provided. Comfortable inside living room. Dining on the verandah facing the pool and well maintained garden. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a full time maid who can prepare authentic Sri Lankan food. The villa, garden and pool is cleaned daily. A manager available on call. The beach is 1 minute walk away. Unawatuna and Mirissa tourist busy beaches with cafes, bars, diving, snorkeling and surfing spots just 20 minutes drive away. Plenty of local tuk tuks and buses. Free Wifi. The villa can be taken with staff or without staff.
