Overlooking Newquay Bay, a 5-minute walk from the beach, this self-catering, 3-bedroom apartment is modern and offers free Wi-Fi and a sun terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue facilities. There is a shower room with a toilet which are shared by the 3 bedrooms. A hairdryer is provided and there is a beauty salon directly below the apartment, with offers available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, an oven, stove and kitchenware. A washing machine is also provided and the living/dining area has 2 sofas, a TV and iPod docking station. Newquay Rail Station is a 15-minute walk from The Pad and Newquay Airport is just over 10 minutes’ drive away.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are kindly requested to inform The Pad of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Special Requests box during booking or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Guest are required to pay a deposit on booking with the balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
