You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that upon reservation guests will receive a check-in form and a link in order to pay the deposit. Guests who are unable to pay the deposit via the link will be asked for their bank details at check-in. Please note the following extra charges: - Check-in between 21h and midnight: 22 € - Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44 € - Check-out between 6 am and 8 am: 20 € - Check-in and Check-out on public holidays: 10 € Both supplements are cumulative. All fees are payable in cash to the concierge upon arrival. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the accommodation.
