Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

All children are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 5. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Please inform Alpha in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Via dei Ligustri 18, 45010 Rosolina Mare. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at an extra cost of EUR 10 per person. Please note that air conditioning is not included and will be charged EUR 30 per week when used.
