Please contact the owner solely when arrived at the property, as check-in is automated via phone. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation. Please note that the entire Aplace building is a non-smoking area. Since we want to guarantee every guest ‘a smoke free area’, we will charge a penalty of EUR 350 if we find traces of smoking (ashes, smell, cigarette butts…). Please note that the building does not have an elevator. Please note that the obligatory city tax of EUR 2.97 p.p.p.n. needs to be paid to the owner in cash on the day of arrival.
