This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Louvre Duplex in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the name on the guest's ID or passport must match the name used for the reservation. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to present a copy of the person's European ID or passport and the credit card used. Please note that there is a refundable security damage deposit of 500€ that we will block on your credit card prior to arrival. A baby cot and a high chair are available at an extra charge of EUR 40 each per stay upon request and availability.
