You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that towels, hand towels, tea towels and bedding are provided, with the exception of travel cot bedding. Guests are advised that this is a self catering property and therefore toiletries are not provided. Only the initial rolls of toilet paper and hand soap are included. Managed by a private host
