Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 250 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. A surcharge of EUR 10 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after 00:00. A surcharge of EUR 10 applies for arrivals before check-in hours. All requests for late or early arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Price for 2 people include only the use of 1 super king size bed, for the use of an extra bed a surcharge of EUR 10 applies. Any on-site visits requested by the guest to fix an issue attributable to them (ex. loss of keys) will be charged EUR 25 from 11:00 - 20:00 and EUR 50 from 20:00 - 11:00. We reserve the right to charge any additional costs (ex. lock/key replacement).
